Project scope

This project will upgrade the local roads in this area to current municipal standards. Improvements are expected to include a new road base, pavement, storm drains with curb and gutter, street lights, and pedestrian facilities if warranted.

Project need

Most of these local roads were rated Condition F in the 2008 GASB survey. This project is a priority for Scenic Foothills Community Council.

Project status

Had preliminary scoping meeting. A 2014 state grant funded a concept report. Concept study will be completed by in-house staff. Design funding is included in the 2017 road bond. Project may be phased.
