MVCC - Please Delete This Project, or transfer to RJCC. This project is almost exclusively in the Russian Jack Park Community Council area, and has not been raised as an issue within the MVCC area. A $1 million capital improvement grant from the State of Alaska was used to upgrade this section of road, and the lapsing balance of roughly $20,000-$50,000 was reappropriated by the State in the FY18 Capital Budget (not yet signed into law by the Governor). PM&E should re-examine this project proposal to verify that need for this still exists.
