This project should include study for daylighting the Creek from Cuddy Park to Cook Inlet with a multi-use trail included in the creek corridor.

This is Turnagain Community Council's #9-ranked Roads & Drainage project. As we requested in 2015, please AMEND the Project Need language by ADDING the following: "Turnagain Community Council supports water quality and drainage capacity improvement projects for the entire stretch of Fish Creek, including day-lighting the creek wherever possible. Site-specific projects should be included in next year's CIP list.
